Description of our Process:

Once this item is purchased, our staff will contact you promptly to begin the artwork process. The engraving you wish to have completed on this item will be confirmed whether it be text and/ or logos. A mockup will then be sent to you, requiring your signature for approval. Engraving will not proceed until approval has been received by you, the customer. This process is to ensure that the product is engraved according to your expectations.
