Overview

Organic materials (leather, wood, paper, etc): Shade/color of engraving may vary depending on the reaction of the material to heat.

Metals: Due to the nature of alloys, substrates and coatings, we cannot guarantee the color, shade or consistency of the engraved surface of the surface adjacent to the engraved area for every item within an order. 

For all artwork and images submitted and engraving requested, customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless OC Engraving from all claims of misappropriation and infringement of intellectual property rights including copyright, patent, trademark and trade dress.

 

General 

Payment is due in FULL to start the job. NO EXEMPTIONS.

No work will be performed without customer’s written approval.

We will not accept any claims once you sign for approval and/or after we work on your items.

Any date for completion stated constitutes an estimate only; however we will do our best to deliver your order within the time specified.

Orders not collected within 90 days will be discarded with no refunds.

There will be an extra charge for URGEN/RUSH orders.

After payment is received, cancelling orders will withhold 3% from total paid. 

For items purchase online or in our store that were personalized and approved by customer, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.
