HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PROOF?

When you place your order you should receive a .pdf proof emailed to you within 24 hours, or the next business day. Note: If your order is placed on a Friday or on a weekend, you should receive your proof the following Monday.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE

That depends upon the complexity of the design and the quantity ordered. A standard order of two or three items usually ships the same week that the approved proof is received. An order of a higher quantity may take longer. We will provide you with an estimate, and you can call us anytime if you have an urgent request. When you receive your proof, send it back to us quickly so we can begin your order as soon as possible!

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE US?

At this time we only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

This rarely happens, but at times an accident could occur. But just in case it does, all of our products are shipped insured. Should your item arrive damaged, either refuse the package with the shipper or keep the package and packing materials intact and contact us as soon as possible within 3 days. Keep your package and packing materials together to be picked up and returned by the shipper.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Since all of our products are custom made to order and made just for you, we cannot offer a refund. We stand behind the quality of our products. However, if your product is damaged in shipping, you will be provided either with your choice of a refund or a replacement product.
